Nearly Two Decades of Tank Integrity Expertise

Built in the Field. Proven in the Program.

ERS was founded by industry experts who understood the problem from the inside, then spent nearly 20 years building the tools, processes, and expertise to solve it.

Where We Come From

A Business Born From the Problem Itself.

Equipment Reliability Solutions®️ was founded in 2007 by Nancy Hoffman. What started as an expert-led, relationship-driven practice grew steadily through word of mouth, a testament to the quality of the work and the trust it earned. Over time, ERS evolved from a single-expert operation into a full-service program management and software business, developing a proprietary system called PRISE®️ as the purpose-built platform to support the rigorous, ongoing inspection data management facilities actually needed.

In 2023, ERS was acquired by Craig Reynolds, who took over with a clear mandate: honor the legacy Nancy built while purposefully growing ERS to meet the future needs of our clients. The same commitment to expertise and partnership—with a bigger vision for what's possible.
What Drives Us

We Show Up, We Do the Work, and We Don't Leave You Hanging.

At ERS, we believe that expertise only means something when it's backed by execution, and that the best programs are built on genuine partnership, not just good software.

Boots on the Ground

We're not a software company that hands you a login and disappears. We're a team of experienced professionals who get into the details of your program alongside you, and stay there.

Partnership Over Transaction

Every client relationship we build is long-term by design. We don't just set up your program, we help you run it, improve it, and are there to help when it matters most.

Precision Without Paperwork

Your team should be focused on engineering, not administration. We share the operational burden of your tank integrity program so your people can do what they were hired to do.
Don't Wait for a Wake-Up Call

The Next Outage, Equipment Failure, or Audit Won't Wait. Neither Should You.

Every day your program runs on spreadsheets, filing cabinets, and guesswork is another day something critical can slip through the cracks.
